corvette grill

Wondering how hard it is to install a 58-60 vette grill on a 61'? I am pretty sure that I have read on one of the threads that a member has done this install. Any help would be great. Thanks

Here is the vette grill in my 60. I didn't put it in (it was in there when I bought it) but it looks like an easy installation useing "L" brackets.

That looks awesome :jdp: I have been looking for a custom grille idea for my 64 and that will totally be on my list. I wonder how it would look with single headlights... Also, how are the headlights trimmed out so they aren't just hanging in the adjuster buckets?

Nothing at all was cut. Its strickly a matter of unbolting the OE grille and bolting the vette one in and adding some lattice work (similar to whats in the turn signal openings) behind the lights. I've got the OE grille in it now I'll take it out and put the vette unit in so I can take some pictures.

I know this is not a Vette grill but it's one of the coolest I have seen.

poorboy, that picture is awesome! That looks like a lot of work if those Tiki's are individual, but it almost looks like they are in a chain of some sort.
