Hey everyone. I just wanted to give you a heads up on John@thepier.
John had a shortbed 68-72 truck frame for sale here. We swapped emails. He sent pics. I told him i wanted the frame. If he could hold it for me.

NO problem he said. I told him i would send the money right out. He said, just pay when you pick it up. Cool. Over a month went by. Probably more actually. I kept in tough. Having a tough time finding time to go get it. I work 6 days a week and have a hard time getting a day off.
Then my car was in the shop the day before i was supposed to pick it up. Couldnt go. Sucked.

Well, i called John. He said no problem. I again offered to send payment for the frame. He said, dont worry about it. Bring it when you come.

Well i managed to get a day off Monday(Jan 14th). Went to Wisconsin from Ohio to get the frame. Frame is WAY better than expected. John knows what he is talking about. I will NEVER hesitate to take his word for the quality of an item he has.

Just wanted to let everyone know what a great deal John gave me. I couldnt be happier.

Thanks John. Most people wouldnt have held the frame that long. I really appreciate it.
