Re: Where can I get a "tailgate band"
Another option I was considering is to do the following;
LMC sells the band for a Blazer http://www.lmctruck.com/icatalog/bzc/full.asp?page=74 at $149.00 and then convert my handle to inside release using something like this. http://www.carolinaclassictrucks.com...relocator.html So it would look like this when finished. http://www.streetcruizin.com/forums/...1&d=1171258552 |

However I kind of like this look. has anyone else tried this application? |
Re: Where can I get a "tailgate band"
I've got a blazer band sitting in my garage. 2 small dents. I'm probably not going to use it. Has the clips and screws.

$149 for the Blazer and $499 for the truck???? That seems like and awfully big gap. |
Re: Where can I get a "tailgate band"
I hate to do this, but you guys managed to turn his request for info in to a Wanted to Buy post so I have to close it.
To answer your question the Blazer band works just fine. There is a bit of gap around the edge but it's not terrible. |
