This is my wifes 1971 chevy C10, with our 1972 camping trailer. Was wondering if I was the only one with a trailer like this? Probally not, but you never know !

heres my 4x4 and the 71 cattle trailer :D i want to find a good one to make a matching one for the 2wd

Hooter 10-24-2002 12:40 AM

why do you all waste a good chevy box when there are plenty of Fords out there?

Blue_71 10-24-2002 12:43 AM

hey dont blame me, we bought it like that :D look at those dents too, both sides were like that (i popped most of the other side out) and the other side had 29 bullet holes in it, and the floor is rotted away, as is the front bed panel and the bottem 5 inches of the inside of the tailgate:barf: i hate rust

Too bad we didn't have digicams 20 years ago, I could have posted a cool pic of dad's 67 K-20 pullin' a 24 foot tri axle gooseneck stock trailer, they looked pretty good together, both the same color.

That's cool. I'm going to build an "off-road" trailer for the Jimmy if I can find a reasonably priced bed. I think I'll go 8' with camper shell and pintle hitch. I have a Longhorn bed and an 8' stepside bed, but really want an 8' fleet. I think the step bed would make a cool work trailer since it has had the stock fenders removed and replaced with Koenig tool boxes.

I'm going to be building one in the very near future. Just have to fix up this fleetside bed, and go tot he yard and have them cut the frame off another truck, and I'm ready to go.

ah shucks! I thought this thread was going to be about other trucks that get trailered to shows!! I was going to be happy to see other trailer queens out there.....

Lost Wages gives me way too much trouble about wanting to put my truck on a trailer and take it to shows.:D
