electric water pump & heater

Has anyone run a electric pump like CSR or others with heater connections? Is it possible to do?

I would like to run a sb electric pump and heater. I like the looks of the electric pump & electric fan. If you don't have air and don't run power steering I think it would have a nice clean look.

If anyone has ideas or pics I would appreciate it.

I think it would work. I run a manifold and a remote pump.

The fifth pic shows my setup! The pump says Goza on it.

Wouldnt running an electric fan and electric waterpump save you a decent amount of horsepower???

I have dealt with hondas all my life and one of the tricks i used to use was remove power steering and reroute the lines back into the rack so its a closed system.. Steering was a bit stiffer when parking, but i dynoed a 7hp gain from that... IT was power that was already there, i was just freeing up the parasitic drag. I would imagine if you got rid of that parasitic drag from that waterpump and fan, you could easily see a good gain on a v8? Right?

Reading this I envision 7 horses turning a power steering pump just so we can have easy steering.. I know, I'm warped.

It did a few things actually. The steering was a lot firmer, felt alot better, and 7hp on a 200hp motor is HUGE man.... My honda motor was tweaked, and it would cost tons to get 3 or 4 hp out of anything. This 7hp dyno proven gain with NO cost involved was awesome....

I have a feeling that you would gain twice that on a v8... I might actually do a before and after dyno on that and see what comes up...
