As Billy Jeff would say, "I feel your pain." My '72 has lots of scrapes & chips, but only one dent. I found support pillar in a parking structure; so naturally it's in the tailgate. I wasn't P.O.'ed @ myself while sitting there. I merely cut my wrists. I gotta get a rear bumper for that thing. Wasn't trying to hijack the thread.
