Lower Door Patch Panels

Can Anyone Tell Me If The Lower Patch Panels For A 72 Jimmy Are Hard To Install. Are There Any Tricks To Make It Look Good?

I just bought some and wiil try it soon. It'll be in my build thread when done. I 've heard that full skins are better though.idk
