I ordered a brand new goodmark short fleet bedside.its a left side(driver side) and it got dented in shipping. Nothing major im sure all can be pulled out. These go for $500-$550 shipped. im selling this one for $350 obo. Will post pics later.

there was no insurance on it.dont trust the shipper enough to send it back for a refund.

its not really UPS fault it would be the shipper for not packing it correctly. I use to work at UPS and trust me it is all about the numbers if you run the right channels they WILL replace it for you. as far as using ups or fedex they run the almost the EXACT same way But the only difference is with UPS the majority of the people are stock holders and they are extremely passionate about service. I use to see a TON of package handlers and loaders and unloaders fired for not caring about the packages. Just try it and you might be suprised good luck

UPS Has an automatic insurance on all packages of $100 bucks, surely you could get atleast that for the repair bill out of UPS. Just talk to the local UPS Store, I had to do it before on an item that I shipped.

UPS has been in business for 100 years, and no one can compare. Just let them know about your complaint. And yes every package is automaticly insured for $100.

don't you hate that i had a door ship for my 86 and when i got it a total lost filed a claim with ups online and the next day they pick it up and 4 days later it was return claim is still open monday iam email them to see what will be done

Sent my brothers a frozen package from BURGERS Smoke house a couple of years ago. Not to far from here. 2-3 hour ride . Ups delivered them . One package was hung on the gate outside the yard. Hung the three days before it was seen. The other one was sent to the wrong town. ups goof up. You Betcha!
