Can some one ID this bracket??

It was under the hood on the fender of my 71 C10 when I got it... took it off and has been on a shelf... just trying to figure out what it is.... thanks

I believe that is the bracket that holds the charcoal vacuum canister, has something to do with smog. I had one of those on my 71' and sh!t canned it when I passed CO emissions.
