VERY NICE.... wish I was that far along. We're still in the planning/parts collecting stage.... other than yanking the engine/trans/front clip I haven't touch a bolt or welded a seam.

Would like to see more pics of your pro street setup. We're also going to do a "pro street" setup with "ladder bars".

Our truck ('70) is also a "stepside" ..... going to do a body off, narrowed 9" F**d , chopped roof, channeled, fiberglass one piece front end ('67), SB 383 stroker, fenderwell exit headers..... all talk (and dreams) so far. Got a long way to go!!!

Thanks.... I need all the help & advice I can get. I have built cars & motorcycles over the years but never a truck ... and specially to the degree we are going to take it.

Now that I'm retired I'll have more time ... especially once I get my neck problems taken care(me & BigJimz). So for now enjoying the "swap meets & Craigs List" hunting.... like has been said before "I have a DREAM'.... ha!!!

We're thinking 17's possibly 18's,w/8's up frnt. and maybe 10's or 11's at rear,no narrowing at rear end wish we could have but budget didn't permit.Thanks for the cool reply's.Would you believe I fabbed all the brackets,links and rodends in our garage.Remember what I said earlier,BUDGET permitting.

I'm also " hoping " to do as much as I can .... not only from a "budget" standpoint but also from an "I did it" ..... the biggest part for me will be the "how to" and "what will work" .

In the past pretty much "bolted on" or had it done for me.... now that I have acquired most of the tools I need I am pretty confident I'll be able to do a lot of the work & fab myself.

What I can't figure out I know I can find out here.... you guys "rock" :metal:

I have LOTS of years under my belt having grown up with all this "drag racing stuff"...... so keep watching..... It's going to be interesting !!!!!
