Same Panel/Different Pics
I took shots of this local`68 Panel a couple years ago,but my batteries most have been low.The pics were blurry.I passed by yesterday and saw it was outside,so I asked again if I could nab a few shots.I wish I had asked them to pull it on level ground. But,you get the picture. Also, the light wasn`t right...

Re: Same Panel/Different Pics
What a gorgeous panel--has it been at this funeral home since new? It looks like it was(is) their "first call" vehicle--the one they would send out to collect a recently deceased person. Most funeral homes had these types of vehicles (often station wagons or vans) to save wear and tear on their expensive hearses.

Yes,it was the first and it`s the first call rig.The parlor is called Burrier-Queen.Mr Queen started his busuness in`67 and this was his original vehicle. At some point he partnered with Mr.Burrier(get it,Burrier?) and the rig came along. It`s kept inside except when room is needed in the garage.Mr.Queen like to do woodworking.Alot of people ask to buy it when it`s out,but Mr.Queen figures he`ll keep it till he takes a ride in the back. Some people are dying to ride in that thing.
