I am in need of the safety latch for my 77, I have the main latch just not the safety

I have a 77 burb that I have been parting out.. Would one from it work? Do you have a pic of exactly what you are looking for? Or I can get you one tomorrow and you tell me exactly what you need.

I wouldnt think that a burb would be any different

I have one, but its from a different year & it didnt fit... the handle came out in the wrong location

Is it inside hood release or outside. If it ever cools off I will pull and send to you.

Its the one on the outside, under the hood that you have to squeeze in order to open it after you have popped it from the inside

Just keeps it from flying open if the latch lets loose going down the road
