What trucks did these come on? All big block trucks? 1/2 ton, 3/4 ton...manual or automatic trans?

This one came from a big block auto ( NO HOLES). They are also in 6 cyl., big and small block 4 speed trucks and all 4wd,but w/holes. Number 98,pm returned.

I guess my question is what determines if the truck gets a small hump or a large hump cover?

Big blocks,granny 4 speed trucks and 4wd.I have also had a few low hump big block trucks. They were all 69's. Most big blocks had high humps because they also has turbo 400 transmissions when they were automatics.
