18 inch wheels tire size ?
 
hey guys , im a new poster but have been reading for a while , ive got a 66 that im gonna run some 18x9s on , what tire size are people running and if any one has pics that would be great ! . thanks

Tire size is dependant upon what you have done to the truck. Is it lowered? and is so how much?

The offset of the wheels will also affect what may or may not fit as far as size. Are you running the same size wheel and offset on both the front and rear? Do you want to run the same size tire? etc......

same offset front and rear . i thinking maybe a 2/4 drop , dont mind different size tires , its a weekend toy , not frame scraping but a lowered sport truck look .

Same look I'll be going for one day. I have 255/55's in the front and 285/50's in the rear. I want to drop my truck a LITTLE, I'll probably do that next year as my tranny cracked right down the middle last night. (More on that later :( ) I wanted TONS of meat on my tires and I did the semi-staggered look even though all of 4 of my 18" Foose Nitrous are 9" wide. I also have 1.5" spacers in the rear and 1" spacers in the front. Here are a couple pics:
