how do you tell the difference between a 305 and a 350 on a 87 fuel injected

casting numbers on the block....dont have my chiltons book in front of me so thats as much as i know

Assuming the engine is original in this vehicle, look on the core support/radiator cowl for the emissions sticker. It will detail the engine as it was approved. It will be on there near the year of the emissions standard that it complies with.
