if i take my blazer body off the chassis with no top and will it begin to sag or buckle after some time

You will want to brace the door openings before removing the body. We used 1 1/4" angle bolted to the top door hinge location on both sides and connected them to the striker plate location. With the angle braces in place the door opening will be prevented from closing up.
