Need some advice and help!
 

I had to put a new starter in my 283 in my 66.Long story short the starter bolt broke off in the engine block:banghead::censored:and its not fluse with the engine block.need to know easiest way and cheepest way to get it out.thanks for help in advance.

Were you trying to loosen t when it broke? I had one broken in my engine and I was able to get it out by drilling it and using an EZ-out. I don't know how it got broken, but I was lucky that it wasn't frozen in the threads. I prolly could have backed it out with an ice pick. I put anti-sieze on the threads of the new bolts.

I used lots of WD40 for a couple days then put a stud remover on mine. I had 2 bolts broken off in my block. Give it gradual pressure and it should twist out - just before careful not to twist the part sticking out off.

Drill it and use an EZ out. The heat from drilling the bolt also help to break it loose. Broken bolts really frost my balz man! Make wrenches fly around the yard too...

Make sure you drill it almost to the threads if you are using an eaze out, so that you can use the biggest eaze out possible.

Nuthin worse than breaking off a small eaze out in a bolt.

use a STRONG drill bit! I had issues drilling mine out from alternator bracket location!

weld a nut to it and spin it out, or if you ez out it be carefull not to force it. A broken ez out is not ez to get out.
