Anybody here sell/know where to buy a good gas powerd compressor?
 

I'm looking to buy a truck mounted compressor to do some sprinkler/irrigation blowouts this fall, I'm looking at something like this, (30 gallon, 12-15 hp) cheapest place I've found one is maxtool.com. Anybody sell these? or know of a cheaper place online I might be able to purchase? I will be buying two of them, thanks

Northern has them for the same price. I'll check what we sell them for at work, probably not any cheaper.

I am no good at link posting , but.. I have been using a Vanair Viper gas compressor for work all summer, ...... google Vanair Viper and ours is the 40-80 cfm gas one. .. our Hwy paint striping trucks have some of the same compressors on them too..... it will keep up with post pounders, jack hammers and all that so maybe it will work. ... I am kinda sold on them. it works good.
7 gallons of gas will last about 8 hrs.
it is about 40 inches wide, 45 inches deep, and about 2 ft tall. thats close.

reading your post again, my thoughts about a different compressor probably did not help. I type faster than I think sometimes.

That Vanair compressor is a "screw" compressor, as good as they get. It makes a piston style compressor look like a bicycle tire pump- and a price that reflects it ;)
