After picture of Hurricane Ike at my House. I was at work for 22 hours only to come home to this. My family was safe.

Glad your family is safe, make sure the truck is ok too. Oh and the car also. Too bad it took down that big'en in the yard.

Glad to hear ya'all are safe and sound. I hope you truck made it through after holding a tree up, just remember, it's 40+ years old, not the worst thing it ever saw. good luck and be careful with the chainsaw

The tree was just holding the truck down through all that wind.. doing its job 'n stuff.

Another guy out in Woodlands had four trees go down in his yard. One of them damaged his 56 International pickup and 2 others hit the roof of his house and garage. He is OK also but suffered some serious property damage.

Hey ironbutt.......Im sure you're busy w/ cleanup but we are dying of suspense man!!!! This is the 3rd time Ive looked cuz I want to see the truck w/ the tree taken off......sure hope its OK.

Here are some after pics. The top is dented as well as the hood and side cowl on the driver side. The rattle can black paint was scratched. I am working 12 hr shifts.

I had three trees split in half. One hit the car and truck. The second hit the fence. The third hit my neighbors three cars in his drive way. a 08 Camry, a 07 4 runner, and his 65 Lincoln town car.
I also lost about 180 ft of wood fence.

Bummer man. I hate to read threads like this. At least what damage you have is fixable. It could of hit your house.

The night before the storm hit here, I had my wife help me pull my 64 and my CJ7 away from the neighbors tree they were sitting under, which had been dropping large limbs on the jeep, and my storage buildings for the past month. Low and behold, this nasty storm didnt drop a single twig off of that tree! Go figure. Glad to see you guys came out ok!

WOW glad everyones ok and the truck dont look too bad either. One of those stud welders 1 package of sand paper, and 2 cans of paint should have you fixed in no time.
