HAHAH Oh yeah...
Speaking of which...I need ot dismantle my pass. side door...its got a rattle in it ....as does my pass. side dash..damn the noises!! haha...well at least I got my new Kicker Resolution Component set to drown out the sound with tunes!! hehe

bigblock73 11-22-2002 01:54 PM

Yeah, there was a time when my car needed a new muffler (it was getting loud), so I purchased a better/louder stereo!!!

PHOENIX 11-22-2002 03:13 PM

A better sterio system is always the solution to rattles and noises. :) its when your riding with someone who doesnt listen to the same thing that you notice your truck makes alot of noise :)

LOHRTBT 11-22-2002 03:57 PM

Exactly Phoenix!! Doubt that my co-workers I ocassionally give rides to thier cars care to hear bass so loud its probably sterilizing me!! hahahaha

OH yeah I forgot to mention on the boards but I got a drop plate for an air filter and managed to squish a much bigger filter into my truck. So instead of 2" of filter I now have what I think is close to 4". Tomarrow I'm going job hunting so I wont be able to work on my truck. I might get to help my friend change the fuel filter on his Blazer on Sunday though.

Man, I can't stand noises in my truck. I have little buzzes, rattles, bumps, squeaks, and thumps, as we all do. I'll track one down, and then another one starts. It's a constant battle to keep up with them all. Part of the beauty of owner an older truck. :)

Track them down. I'd be 106 years old by the time I finished tracking down all the noises my truck makes. There is almost a new one everytime I drive it.
