can anyone tell me what stock ride height is?

By definition it is the height the factory puts trucks at just to help companies like Belltech, DJM, Air Ride Tech etc. sell lots of parts to the buyers of these stock trucks so that they can lower them and thereby make them look cool ;o) Sorry to be such a smarta$$ Sometimes I just can't help myself! :5150:

On a more serious note if you tell me where you want it measured from, like say from the center of the wheel to the top of the wheel well opening I can measure mine then add the amount I know I lowered it to get in the ballpark. It should be a fairly accurate number? I'm guessing that you are talking about a 2wd right?

I measured mine, front and back, left and right and averaged the l&r front and l&r back. Here is what I got. from the center of the wheel straight up to the edge of the wheel opening, front averaged to 14 then you would add 5 1/2 to allow for my 3 inch drop springs and 2 1/2 drop spindles for a total of 19 1/2 stock? The rear averaged out to be 11 then add 5 for the five inch drop springs to get 16 stock? I'm sure this isn't perfect and it sure wasn't scientific but that should get you in the neighborhood anyhow. Of course if you are trying to go back to stock all you have to do is buy new stock height springs then after a year or so they will generally settle by about 1/2 inch to a full inch.
