Any numbers you want that I don't already have let me know,I will make it for the same price.
Again I do NOT do the finishing thats up to you.This keeps the price down.

I have the capability,Just have not yet.I am still looking for triangle stock to make the head light knob with the shaft.

Yes, I used a factory emblem to get the mounting hole locations and size.
