Re: Question?

Patina is a word invented by poor guys like me.
It means---I can't afford a new paint job!
Mike.

Re: Question?

I thought it was grunge or beater? I see alot of what look like beater vehicles now. Mostly old street rods or T Buckets. I saw one yesterday on Hot Rod TV. It had Vintage Air. HUM?

Re: Question?

Tim's shop truck has perfect patina. It's a burb and is lowered just right with some rust peeking thru the factory paint.

P-a-t-i-n-a = Poor ass truck in need of attention.......

an easy way to get this look is take your key and scuff up the paint and throw some salt water on it , and sit back, if you are quiet , you might be able to hear it patina up...

Dems fightin' wurds.... :D

To me true patina is a truck that has stood the test of time with the original paint, not a custom "patina" look alike paint job.
