WTB..72 only bbc alt. brackets
 

Anybody have these brackets for sale? I have the 71 style to trade in or buy outright. Are all the brackets different or just the top bracket? Anybody have a picture of these "72 only " brackets? Thanks

There are 3 brackets for the 72 only alt brackets. The rod is the difficult one to find. I think the bottom one is the same as the other years, but I am not certain.....Jason

OMG....that is nice detail! I think your right, it's just the top bracket and rod that's 72 only. But like you not sure. Pm sent

I have 2 of the 3 pieces. I don't have the rod. They came with my 71 I recently bought. I would be willing to trade if your parts are not cracked, holes wallowed out ect. Either that or I will trade for a NICE aftermarket set-up for short pump. My truck isn't going to be stock anyways. I can post pics if your interested.

Bottom bracket is the same for all years. 72 got the different top bracket and rod. Someone is selling a complete set on ebay now with 4 days left- $110 buy it now- They are not mine or am I associated with them at all, just saw them and thought I would mention them.

I would love to trade you the upper ajustment bracket. I will dig mine out and update the condition. As I recall it was nice. Would you trade if they are in equal condition?

I'll dig mine out tomorrow after work and post pics. We can go from there. I don't mind trading as long as I have something to use for my truck. I get off work at 3:30 so I'll get the pics posted after that.

I have one but it would be a week or two before I could get it off. Complete top and bottom mounts with factory brace rod and bolts in excellent shape. 100.00
