Valvoline Maxlife good or bad?

Its time for a oil change in the 01 Sierra and I have 80000 on it. I saw Valvoline Maxlife on the shelf at wal-mart for a great price and picked it up. Has anyone ever used this stuff before? Is it good or bad?
