Who Sells 1" Drop Springs?

Anyone with front 1" drop springs? Where did you buy them? How much $$ and what brand are they if known. Thanks! :)

I wouldn't have asked the question, but most of those only list 2" drop coil springs for 73-87 C-10 trucks. :D

I would have to agree! I know Belltech and probably Suspension Techniques offers them. Sport Truck Direct has Smooth-Rider 1.5" coils, but they are too soft IMO. Otherwise, DJM and Eibach only manufacture 2-3" springs from my understanding. :bowtie:

Suspension Techniques sells 1.5" dropped coils. They're made by Western Chassis. Gchemist has a set.

Thanks bigd65, I stand corrected. I should have said they are also available from PST. I just ordered a set from them awhile ago. Ken

chauffer, how did you like them, is that all you put on, no spindles, is so i sure would like to see if that is the way i want mine to look. i'm torn between 1"in and 2"in. my rear is only dropped with the 2"in shakles. being a long bed , i dont want it on the ground to look like a sled. LWB dont look as good as SWB being that low

bigd65, can't help you with pics of the completed truck as this is a chassis I'm doing for a friend and all I have right now are chassis pics. As to what I did, ladder bar rear suspension from Competition Engineering with Koni coilovers, front end is Pontiac spindles and the 1.5" drop springs. This will put the crossmember at 4" off the ground (done one previously the same way). Back to your truck, I don't think you'll notice a drastic change with the 1.5" springs. Especially on a lwb truck. Ken
