restoration packet?
 

I'd like to get one for the burb, but forget where to go and what info I need to tell them. Can anyone help me with this?

It's a LOT easier to just go to www.chevrolet.com and use thier online help, give the vehicle information and then ask in the message for a packet. They'll send it right off.

OK, what's the deal? Their web site doesn't have "Truck" as an option, only the corny new model names since 1980. I guess I'll just pick "Silverado", then set them straight in the message?!?

Also they only accept 17 digit VIN numbers. Guess I'll give them 5 "X" characters...
