GMC Paul is one of the regulars here and has as good of price as anyone. I consider these manuals to be essential tools of the trade and look at them as investments in the truck. Get the factory service manual and the factory assembly manual. The service manual tells you how to fix just about anything, they were issued to the dealership mechanics. The factory assembly manual is a compilation of views showing how everything was assembled at the factory, great if you're doing a frame-off or restoration.

Here's a set of wiring diagrams on-line:
http://www.geocities.com/chevroletc1070/wiringdias.html I have both the assembly manual and the service manual. I have used the service manual extensively and wouldn't be without it. The service manual has the wiring diagrams and also all the specs, like torgue. If you never get another book, get this one. I have not found the assembly manual very useful. It's a ***** to find anything in it and it covers so many different years and models it's tough to find the coverage for my paticular application. |
try Ebay
