summit headers
 
has anybody bought a set of summit ceramic coated headers full lenght for our trucks they are 18 gauge but they offer 16 gauge for camora,nova etc would they fit ok without a lot of work its for a sbc thanks for the help they want $178 pair for the coated jason

summit headers are usually relabeled flowtechs... IMO i would get a painted headers and if you wanted a good coating send them out to JET-HOT. ;)

I speak from personal experience, Summit Ceramic coated headers are Dynomax brand. On mine, you can clearly make out the Dynomax part number near each collector.

They fit well and were well worth the money.

My dad used the cheapie painted summit headers and they fit well on our trucks because they have the small 1.5" tubes. If your motor is stockish they will be fine.

I think it's $350 for Jet-Hot to coat a set of headers IIRC for my 66 Chevelle, full length headers. www.earlyclassic.com sells a set of jet-hot coated headers for $379.
