How To: Gen IV Vintage Air Install

Re: How To: Gen IV Vintage Air Install
We're looking at a Gen IV for my wifes car....Seems odd that they went with it instead of a Surefit system.

Great write-up. I think this is the main reason I'm going to use it:
25.Yet another key advantage to the Gen IV setup: it's completely wire controlled. No vacuum lines or cables are required. This black panel is the Streamline Knob. It, too, can be mounted anywhere by cutting a hole for the outer shell and holding it in place with the backing screws. I choose to mount mine under the dash, like so. The panel is also available polished. Both feature white LED backlighting. |

Just a heads up..., this time for my 71 I went for the Gen II which is also cable less. They will charge you for a catalog ,which is way better than their site but deduct the cost if you order from them.
