WTB - Used tailgate with factory paint and rust
 

I'm not ready to pay to get one shipped to me just yet, but I am looking for a tailgate for my 50 chevy. I don't want a good one, but it does need to be usable. It does need to be, or at least originally painted the factory green color from GM. Surface rust would also be nice. No holes though.

I haven't yet looked locally, and want to do that first as i assume shipping will be fairly high on one of these. I'll keep this thread updated if i find something locally.

bumping this one as i have not found one yet, and i hope to be on the road soon.

Let me know if you have a fairly solid chevy gate that will fit a '50. I'd like to find a green/rust one that is in decent shape, and cheap.

I'm keeping my green one since the rest on the truck is green but, I do have a whit one. Thing is it does have a few holes drilled in it. PM me if your interested and I can send you a pic.
