This will be the one I will use to build my daughter's truck her 67 will be for parts. This one last saw pavement in 1984!!! Pretty solid truck . Watch for "Project Sweet 16 " in build threads comming soon !! I'm shootin for 2010 to have it moving under it's own power. It will keep the 283 in it and get a 350 turbo trans. It's gettin a 75 crossmember and rear leaf conversion . Anyway here are a bunch of pics . Enjoy !! Bob

Yeah that's what happens when someone put's GMC hood and fenders on a 67. Notice I was quick to remove it when it got in the shop . I have 3 more 67-68 hoods so that's an easy fix . Bob

Good find!

The '67 looks nice Bob, can't wait to see what you turn out for your daughter's first set of wheels. :D

Good luck with the teardown!

I have to agree w/ 70cstjr, I love those Chevrolet script valve covers; definitely keep those on there!

Them script valve covers aren't going anywhere. The 283 under em is staying also;) Bob

I think every part they took off the body over the years is in the bed !! I think it's all there except the orig. fenders and hood but that's ok I have more ;) Bob

Why are you converting the rear axle to leafs? You do know the trailing arm setup is much better for handling and traction right?
