Any luck with Repro Molding on eBay?

I've been looking for new lower molding for my 72 Cheyenne Super and noticed that eBay has some really low cost ($12 shipped) Wood Grain lower molding repros.

Has anyone ever tried these? If so let me know what your experience is. I bought one piece to give it a shot... Worst comes to Worst I'm out $12.

In my experience, you get what you pay for....I have heard even the best re-pop moulding does not fit that well.

On that Fee-bay stuff, just look at the shipping cost, that's where they rip you.

The piece was $12 INCLUDING shipping. I'm really new to this whole restoration thing... so it will be a learning experience for sure.

How are those pieces mounted?

I have used it with good results. The woodgrain tape is slightly different versus GM. I haven't had a fitment or durability issue. The clips that come with these mouldings are junk, so try to reuse the originals.
