vacuum line help??????????
hey every-1 my trouble is how the vacuum lines was hook up in my 73. the truck has no power brakes. this how the vac was hooked up. from the canister to the PCV valve with T to the front of the carb. timing advanced was hooked up right acording to eldebroc. now the egr valve was not hooked up and i think it should for now if it's there. anyone have a vacuum line diagram or some advice. also i'm trying to do a start up to break the new cam in!!!!

i would like to see a diagram too someone please post something.... i have some crazy looking thing on my firewall that i think needs a vacuum line but i dont know what it is.

its on the side of the a/c its like a lil piece that has a plug on one side and a hook up for a line.

All that other stuff is just horsepower robbing potential for vac leaks. Here in Indiana we don't need it, so it's usually the first crap people trash when cleaning up an engine bay. Of course it ruins the vehicle for sale in California, but the tin worm eats ours from the inside out anyway, rendering it useless to folks in states with less salt on the roads. |

yeah but i had to put the vacuum for the a/c too so that other piece is for cruise control? i got rid of that stuff already so i guess its got to go. thanks
