Cab Work In Progress
Over the past 3 weeks I've been able to get a few guys to do some body work on my '60 GMC. The worse area was the passenger side door pillar. I had two broken bolts for the door check retainer and no amount of drilling/easy-out was going to get the old bolts out. I contacted RJ Sisneros in Colorado to get a used pillar.
In just two hours or less Esteban was able to remove the old section, cut to fit the new section in and well it in place PERFECT. I'll post some pictures tonight but here is the webshots link to see all the pictures. http://rides.webshots.com/album/570011449JVCLFX When you look in the album, note the drip rail work. Jesse is the other fellow. He HATES BONDO, a dooly, a hammer and a stud welder is his freind. |

It's looking good man! I really like how smooth the drip rails are now...;)

Re: Cab Work In Progress
Good work. A stud welder is on my list of things to buy as soon as the income tax return comes in. Of course I'm not sure my wife agrees. ;)
