Lift and tire size?

Does any one have any info on one of these trucks? I am currently building a 71 3/4 ton 4x4. I am going to be adding an 8" Superlift Suspension and a 2" body lift. I was wondering if I would be comparable in height to any of these. Also will I be able to run 40's or 38's with 10" of lift?

you should have no probs. i run 8" super lift 38" tires. i wish i had the etra 2".......cause i kissed a fender, but that might be because of the "excessive acceleration entrance" i made into the mud pit ;)
