How big can I get?

I will need new tires for my K10 in a few months or so. The tires on it not measure 29". I think they are probably 31" tires, but when made/mounted they went down by 2", but I dont know much about tires. Anyway, I want bigger tires, I would think 33" would be the max I could go, mt wheel wells measure 38 or so inches wide at the bottom, so wouldn't 33"s be fine? Anyway I want bigger tires, but dont want them to rub, and I wont trim my fenders. Also, I am getting BFG All-Terrain T/A KO. I also want to know the widest I can go with my 8" wide wheels.

Here is where I am buying them, they are the cheapest I have found.

I've been running 33/12.50-15's on 8" rims with BFG's for over 30 years on GM square bodies with no lift and no problems.

Yup! I ran 12.50/33s on 10" wheels on my`90 Blazer.I had the spring shop bring the front up an inch or two to level it up.With 8" rims nothing would be required. Here`s my Blazer in stock form with 11.50/32s on factory rallyes that I ran about a year. They had plenty of room...1990:

This is with 12.50/33s on 10s and front leafs arched an inch or so with a leaf added...2005:
