Nice looking wheel: 15x8 with a deeper offset (3" BS) but still made for the dog dish hupcaps. I found one...

Frank, Is it rivetted or welded? That paint looks really thick...I will be there is a number or name stamped on it somewhere. Leave it next to the post on your driveway out by the road and I will take a really close look at it...LOL!
