Do I have dual horns or not ??

2001 GMC Sierra 1500 C3 option package, It is pretty well loaded with everything, but when you push the horn, I only get what sounds like one wimpy horn. Thinking this should have dual horns but it so darn hard to see anything under the hood. Should it have dual high/low and where do I look for them ? Any suggestions ? Thanks.

Yes, you should have both horns. You can get to them by removing the headlight assemblies and turn signal lamp assemblies. Don’t feel bad, my 2001 HD's horn has sounded weak since the truck was brand new. I think only the high note works on mine as it sounds like a little 1980’s Toyota truck. Now that you brought it up I have been meaning to look at seeing what is wrong with mine.

Thanks for the pic and the explanation, the lights come out pretty easy, so I will have to check. Thanks for the info !
