72 Chevy Upper Control Arm Bushings

My upper control arm bushings have a lot of slop in them and I want to change them. Does anyone have a picture build on how to do it or maybe know a link to How-To.

Thanks for the help,

Chad

I can't remember if there Is a FAQ on that or if it was in rockrln's "low buck" build thread, but I know I've seen a good write up with pictures somewhere
