help Mikey decide!

should Mike paint his truck finally (and fix all the dents! :) )or cover the rest of his interior pieces to match the newly built console?

:D

I hardly think I can get my truck painted like I want it for $600.00. But, I do appreciate you caring.

BTW, I'm not voting. I'll leave it up to all you guys. :)

Oh, and I like the phrase, all the dents. :D

bigblock73 12-30-2002 02:08 PM

never said it would cost only $600...just stick that money towards it! :)

swervin ervin 12-30-2002 02:10 PM

I know, just picking. Don't get mad at me. I've already got a couple pissed off at me today. :D

Got one vote here for the paint job. :)

I say do the interior. Only because Paint and body work will cost more money. You already started on the interior so you should finish it. Also I would have your stuff covered ASAP, because if you wait too long the material may not look the same. Here at my work we buy vinyl in large rolls and it is never exactly the same color. I suggest you do it all at once so its all the same batch.

But paint and body work would be great.

Mike, I think Eddie has a good point. You probably should go ahead and finish the interior. But, like Dave said in the other post, I wouldn't cover the dash. I don't think it will look that strange if the dash is not covered and everything else is.

im all for finishing the interior the body work should be done in the spring or summer:bowtie: :flag:

jeff- you forgot the third option of putting a 6-71 on it:eek: that gets my vote:D

I say exterior for sure. Leave the interior as is and let the console be the "attention" piece of the interior rather than have everything else being the same. Heck at least it's all the same color.

bigblock73 12-31-2002 12:23 AM

6-71...hmmmmm :)

Looks like paint is winning Swerve! :)

PHOENIX 12-31-2002 01:08 PM

I personally like the way your interior looks now. But if your are going to cover it then you should do it now.

I agree the only thing your truck needs is a new paint job, everything else is already great.

I still keep my vote for interior though for reasons stated above.
