Installing new speedo cable
 
Hello all. I just purchased a new speedo cable from Lmc truck on page 49 of their 73-87 chevy truck catalog. Part #36-2021. My question is how do you install it? It came with no instructions and before I tried a google search I figured I would ask you guys. Any help is much appreciated. Thanks everyone

On my TH350 it unscrews from the tranny and is held in by a metal tab on the cluster.

Once both ends are removed pull it through the firewall and do the reverse.

Pushing the new end through the rubber grommet can be a of a chore so use something to help it slide through.,
