but how do i add fluid to my np208 transfer case i know this fill plug is at the way top but i cant get the bottle angled right i only tried adding fluid once and i just made a mess...so can some one help me out

Sorry,that was funny to read :lol:.It`s a tough thing to do.Can you fashion a tube to the bottle and squeeze it?(may need a teeny hose clamp)Shops use a pump and a hook-shaped nozzle.I fill before install and have shops check/fill mine.I know that gunna me me look like a lazy idiot.:lol:

When you add fluid to the axle you have do the same way,a plastic bottle that you can squeeze with a hose on the end.

I put the cap from a gear lube bottle, on a quart of trans fluid, and squezze.

My neighbor went to the dollar store and bought a cheap turkey baster. Worked great...

hose on the bottle or remove the 4x4 lever boot and run the hose down into the case and use a funnel all the same diffrence just get it in there.

turkey baster or a hand pump both are avail at walmart for under 5 bucks..

I`m a carpenter,I use a chaulk bottle.
I knew a waitress who used a mustard bottle for gear oil and a ketchup bottle for dextron.(not really)
