Shock question
Here's my question my 67 has a 4-6 drop do they make a shock that will work or am i going to have to relocate the rear shocks?

Re: Shock question
You're going to need shock relocators, lowering shocks and an adjustable panhard bar.

Re: Shock question
you need to relocate // the closer the shock is to vertical the more effectively it works

Re: Shock question
didn't really wanna hear that

Re: Shock question
You'll probaly want a c-notch as well.

Re: Shock question
well it was dropped when i got it and it didn't need c notch but was real bouncy out back that was with nitto or nitro drop shocks something like that but i seen they had a drop shock 2 out didn't know if it was better for the application?

Re: Shock question
Problem is, your shocks are more layed down now that the truck is lowered. With the bracket kit, the shocks are then oriented more verically which will greatly improve the ride and do away with the bouncy condition you have now.

Re: Shock question
thanks for all the help guys

Re: Shock question
I made my own shock relocation brackets. You need to stand the shocks up closer to vertical to make them more effective. With a 6 inch drop in the rear you will need a C-notch for your frame.
