Engine number de-code ?
 

Can someone please help me decode the following block numbers? Pulled these off the right side in front of the cylinder head. Blocks are complete and have never been dis-assembled. They are as follows:
1.) 13L11080 TO829CMA Has two barrel carb and EGR manifold
2.) VOIO2FC no other numbers Also has two barrel carb with thermostat well on right side.
3.) FOIO8C then F or E can't tell because letter is stamped close to end of cylinder pad.
Need to know what they are before I rebuild and I can not find my de-code booklet. Thanks to all who can help.
