Short in the left taillight 76 c 10 lwb
 

Ok so I have a short in the left tail light. I narrowed it down to the the brown and light green wires. Its not in the harness that runs from the fuse box. I get the short in at the fuse box. I am guessing it is shorting in in the steering column or under the dash. Anyone had a similar problem or an idea where to go from here? thanks
