Tko-500 used??????????

Greetings,
Anyone ever had the LUCK to find a used TKO-500 trans?
It seems that finding one for less than $2g is very unlikely.
Have a lead on a truck with a 3-spd and would like to convert to 5-speed.

I have seen them for sale, but not often, the last one I saw local was 1300, but it was a ford setup. try Racingjunk.com or some of the LSx engine sites
