pvc valve

ok i noticed that my right valve cover it smokes a little while running so i took off the breaker and noticed there was no suction so i ripped some of the foam out of the breather so it would breath easier but then i noticed my carb isn't sucking any air from that line...its the blue hose on the front of the carb http://i215.photobucket.com/albums/c...t/S6300354.jpg

Re: pvc valve

When u say right V/C...do you mean right from the drivers seat or right when looking at the front of the truck?

NVM...just re-read your OP. Are you getting any suction from the pass. side V/C when you pull the filter off?

Re: pvc valve

Pull the filter offf the other side and see if the smoking stops. If it does..replace the filter on the pass. side.

I've seen those breathers not have the hole punched out and will not flow any air.
