85 cab diesel to gas???

Ok gettin the cab all prepped to sand an prime, gotta weld up a couple holes, an then it'll be time to start installin the interior and I've figured out that the cab was originally a diesel so how hard will it be to swap it over to gas is it basically from the firewall forward I need to worry about??

there wasnt much of a difference if any the wiring harness/fusebox from the gas cab should be used and the rest should interchange worst case scenario is you have to drill a hole or fill one in
