New to site! Have had truk about a month

Truck has alot of rust. would it be better to find a different cab or patch this one? Pass. cab corner gone. Also rocker panel, and floor boards.:waah:

Nice project. You would be ahead finding a good rustfree cab if it's possible in your area. Some areas like mine in SW Wisconsin they are hard to come by so I am reworking my '82's cab, but it does not need too much work. If I were you, i'd try to find something better if you have the funds. Keep us posted.

I agree if you can find a good cab for a decent price go for it. On the otherhand if you can't repair panels for the problems you stated are available, and wouldn't be too difficult to put in. Keep us posted.
